Cancellation Policy:

• No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee
• We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
• Property viewing cancellations follow the same policy

Payment for services is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our platform.

Payment Processing:

• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Rental payments are due on the first of each month
• Late fees may apply for overdue payments
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

Moey Inc. Real Estate Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Ohio.
